MUSCAT : The suspects reportedly lured victims with the promise of exchanging foreign currency at attractive rates. However, after the exchange was complete, they would flee, leaving the victims with worthless counterfeit money.
In a statement issued online, the Royal Oman Police indicated that legal procedures have been completed against them.
