MUSCAT : As per an announcement from the North Batinah Municipality, the inspection campaign targeted a total of 85 food establishments, which resulted in the closure of one establishment and the destruction of 20 kilograms of food that was deemed to be unfit for consumption.
During the course of the campaign, authorities identified and addressed 7 health violations and issued 22 violation notices to establishments found to be in breach of regulations.
