MOSCOW: Four people involved in the Moscow concert hall attack are among 11 detained, the FSB Security Service chief informed President Vladimir Putin, Russian news agencies are reporting.
At least 90 people were killed and more than 100 were injured when gunmen attacked a packed concert venue on the outskirts of Moscow on Friday.
