Muscat – The Ministry, through its Joint Inspection Team of the Labour Directorate in North Al Batinah Governorate, carried out an inspection campaign at unlicensed work sites, following reports from citizens in the wilayats of Al Khaboura and Al Suwaiq.
During the campaign, several workers found to be in violation of the provisions of the Labour Law were apprehended by authorities.
Legal measures are now underway against these individuals as part of efforts to ensure compliance with established regulations.
