MUSCAT : The usufruct contracts, with an investment value exceeding RO 2.6 million, include 6 in the agricultural field related to food security, distributed among the governorates of Al Dhakiliyah, Al Dhahirah, North Al Batinah, South Batinah, and North Al Sharqiyah, and 6 industrial contracts for small and medium enterprises distributed among the governorates of Al Dhakiliyah and North Al Sharqiyah and North Batinah and South Batinah.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ahmed bin Saud al Kamyani, Director General of Lands at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, indicated that 800 investment opportunities will be offered, during 2024, in various governorates through the ‘Tatweer’ platform, including 200 lands for auction, and 200 agricultural projects within specific activities.
