MUSCAT : This agreement, executed within the framework of the strategy to ensure sustainability in healthcare financing, upholds the Ministry’s commitment to explore innovative solutions to enhance healthcare services.
By accelerating procedures and fostering partnerships, the initiative seeks to streamline patient care and reduce waiting lists, thereby enabling individuals to undergo necessary treatments without delays. The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Health Endowment Foundation (Athar), and by Sarah bint Mohammad Bahwan representing the Saud Bahwan Charitable Foundation. The agreement encompasses comprehensive medical assessments before and after surgeries, ensuring the well-being and successful recovery of patients. His Excellency the Minister of Health emphasized the positive impact of the initiative, highlighting its alignment with the principles of health endowment aimed at enhancing healthcare services, disease prevention, and treatment readiness.
