Muscat – The weather report for March 9 states thus: “Partly cloudy skies over most of the governorates with chances of thunderstorms associated with downdrafts and hail causing flash floods over Al Buraimi, Al Dhahira, North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah, Al Dakhyliyah, Muscat, North Al Sharqiya, South Al Sharqiya, Al Wusta and Dhofar.”
There are chances of low clouds or fog patches at late night to early morning along the coasts of Arabian Sea.
Horizontal visibility might reduce during thunderstorms, downdrafts, hail and flash floods.
