Muscat: The Royal Oman Police Directorate General of Customs at Sarfit Port intercepted an audacious attempt to smuggle firearms and ammunition into the Sultanate of Oman.
Inspection by customs officers revealed the presence of three shotgun-type firearms and 244 bullets cleverly concealed within various compartments of a vehicle.
