MUSCAT : As part of the initial phase, 347 units of the total 1,800 residential units, which are now on sale, are expected to be completed by 2026. The project will feature a number of diverse residential units with unique architectural designs, and a modern, abstract character that is in harmony with the picturesque green spaces and the scenic nature.
The ceremony to mark the launch of sale, held by Al Abrar Real Estate Company in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, was graced by H.E. Dr. Khalfan bin Said al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.
