MUSCAT : “We have obtained approval from the Civil Aviation Authority for a height of up to 150 meters as it is located in the flight path,” said H.E. Dr Khalfan bin Said Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, in his discussion on the city center project.
The approval permits the Ministry to construct buildings with up to 40 floors, he added, pointing out that the design phase is expected to take 12 months.
The consulting company of the late Iraqi architect, artist and designer Zaha Hadid will prepare a detailed plan and engineering design for the project.
