Muscat: A number of mobile food trucks operating in Seeb were seized by Muscat Municipality after it violated the municipal regulations.
In a statement issued online, Muscat Municipality said the confiscated trucks failed to provide proper licences to sell food on the streets.
“The Municipality department in Seeb, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police, carried out a campaign to confiscate food trucks. Some of the trucks do not have a licence to operate the activity and others were violating laws by selling in unauthorized areas” the statement added.
