Muscat – The decision is attributed to the establishment’s failure to adhere to transparency and credibility, and its delay in providing service to consumers at the specified and agreed timelines.
The CPA stated that it had received repeated complaints against the establishment operating in the field of blacksmith, carpentry and aluminum and furniture manufacture. The consumers alleged that they had contracted the establishment to carry out certain works within an agreed period of time and as per specifications and conditions.
