MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik expressed his sincere condolences and solidarity with His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco over the victims of the earthquake that struck southwest of Marrakesh, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries.
The strong earthquake struck central Morocco just after 11 p.m. local time (22:11 GMT) on Friday, killing at least 632 people, according to the country’s Interior Ministry.
