Muscat: The Royal Oman Police stated that the Dhofar Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Special Tasks-Force Police, arrested a citizen on charges of smuggling narcotic substances with the intent of trafficking in them.
More than 500 packages of the narcotic khat has been seized and legal procedures have been completed against him.
