MUSCAT : Residential land prices lead the general index of residential real estate prices in Oman, registering an increase of 6.2% in the second quarter of 2023 and reaching a value of OMR 182.4 million, according to the Residential Real Estate Price Index report issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information.
The residential land price index recorded a growth of 14.8%, to a value of OMR 128.6 million, while the apartment price index decreased by 15.2%, to a value of OMR 19.2 million.
