Muscat: The ROP released a video to inform public on the need to ensure that the license plates of vehicles are constantly visible, especially when the weather is dusty.
The ROP noted that the license plate can become obscured by weather and dust during the Khareef season and called on the public to do the needful to avoid penalty.
