MUSCAT : The Royal Decree stipulates the issuance of the Labour Law, and stipulates that the Minister of Labour will issue the regulations and decisions necessary to implement the provisions of the law.
Until they are issued, the applicable regulations and decisions will continue to work, in a manner that does not conflict with its provisions, and those addressed by the provisions of the law must reconcile their situation in accordance with its provisions within 6 months from the date of its implementation.
