MUSCAT : The first Royal Decree pertains to issuing a law to regulate the water and sanitation sector.
The second approves the accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the general agreement to link the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf with the railway project.
The third issued a first-class license to Starlink Tech Oman to establish and operate a satellite communications system to provide fixed public telecommunications services.
