MUSCAT : As per the CPA notice, the commercial establishment was apprehended as it was caught dealing in items that can be sold only with a medical prescription, as well as prohibited items that do not comply with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
The seized items contained prohibited substances that pose a threat to the health and safety of consumers.
Legal action against the commercial establishment is underway.
