Muscat: A Coast Guard Police unit, led by the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police, is continuing search efforts for a 10-year-old citizen who went missing at Shiya Beach in the Wilayat of Sur.
According to the Royal Oman Police, the child has been missing since the evening of September 30, 2026, after getting into difficulty while swimming due to rough sea conditions.
Coast Guard personnel have continued search operations in the area in an effort to locate the missing child.
