MUSCAT: The ministry said patients will receive a text message after their healthcare visit directing them to the survey through the Shifa app. It encouraged patients to complete the survey and provide their views on their experience.
According to the ministry, patient feedback helps healthcare providers identify areas that are working well and those requiring improvement, while also supporting efforts to enhance services and improve the experience of patients and visitors.
“Your opinion matters to us,” the ministry said, stressing that patients are an important foundation for the development of its services.
The ministry is encouraging patients to take a few minutes to complete the survey when they receive the text message following a visit to a healthcare facility.
Patients who have not yet installed the Shifa app can download it by scanning the QR code provided by the Ministry of Health.
