MUSCAT: The objection period applies to the names included in the preliminary candidate lists and will close at the end of Thursday.
The Ministry of Interior previously set a five-day period for submitting objections, beginning from the date the preliminary candidate lists were announced.
Eligible voters and other concerned parties can submit objections through the Intikhab application or via the official website, elections.om.
