London: Spain opened their UEFA Nations League campaign with an impressive 3-2 win over hosts England at Wembley Stadium.
The visitors made a flying start, with Lamine Yamal putting Spain ahead in just the second minute.
England, however, responded strongly and turned the match around before half-time. Anthony Gordon equalised in the 36th minute before Harry Kane put the hosts ahead four minutes later.

Kane had the opportunity to extend England’s advantage in the 54th minute, but his penalty struck the crossbar.
Spain capitalised on the miss and levelled the contest in the 60th minute through substitute Alex Baena.
Baena then played a decisive role again, setting up fellow substitute Mikel Oyarzabal for the winning goal in the 74th minute to complete Spain’s comeback.
The victory handed Spain their first three points of the tournament and moved them to the top of the group on goal difference.
Croatia are level on three points after securing a 2-1 victory over the Czech Republic in the same round.
