MUSCAT: The ministry called on those responsible for school buses to ensure that vehicles meet all required technical and operational standards and are fully prepared and safe before each journey.
It also emphasised the importance of carrying out the necessary checks to ensure school buses are ready for service and that all safety requirements are met before transporting students.
The ministry said safeguarding students is a shared responsibility, urging all parties involved in school transportation to work together to maintain their safety throughout the academic year.
