MUSCAT- Students and faculty of Bodhi Life Skills Academy, based in Muscat, achieved an extraordinary milestone at the recently concluded World Karate Championships held in Okinawa, Japan, and Chennai, India, securing a massive haul of Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.

​To honor this outstanding achievement, H.E. Kiyoshi Serizawa, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Sultanate of Oman, graciously hosted Head Instructor Kyoshi G. Kumar and the entire delegation of champion students, expressing his heartfelt commendations and congratulations on their global success.

​Adding to the historical significance of the tour, Grandmaster Anshi Kichiro Shimabuku (10th Dan Black Belt) officially promoted Head Instructor G. Kumar to the prestigious rank of Kyoshi (7th Dan Red & White Belt) in Okinawa, Japan, recognizing his decades of dedication and leadership in Isshin-ryu Karate.
