MUSCAT : Al Nabeel International LLC has been named ‘Best Lighting Solutions Provider’ at the fifth TAS Oman Business Awards, recognising more than 15 years of contribution to Oman’s lighting and infrastructure sector.
Over the years, the company has delivered more than 500 lighting projects across the Sultanate, building expertise across infrastructure, architectural, industrial and sports lighting.
Sports lighting has emerged as one of Al Nabeel’s key areas of specialisation, with the company having delivered solutions for more than 60 sports projects across Oman.

Its portfolio spans football and cricket stadiums, hockey venues, sports complexes, parade grounds, training facilities and high-mast lighting systems, with solutions designed around requirements including lux levels, uniformity, energy efficiency and professional broadcasting.
Among its major sports projects, Al Nabeel has carried out lighting works for five FIFA-rated football stadiums and contributed to lighting at the Amerat ICC Cricket World Cup Stadium and stadium projects associated with the FIH Hockey World Cup.
The company also undertook the lighting upgrade of the historic Maydan Fattah Al Wattayah Parade Ground, replacing a four-decade-old metal halide system with a modern LED system featuring intelligent DMX controls.
Beyond sports infrastructure, Al Nabeel has contributed to several prominent projects across the Sultanate, including the Nizwa Clock Tower, Al Khuwair Flag Pole, border posts, municipality and infrastructure developments, as well as high-mast and area lighting for strategic facilities.
The company provides turnkey lighting services covering design, DIALux simulations, engineering, supply and installation, aiming, testing and commissioning, controls integration and after-sales support.
Al Nabeel said its technical approach combines international lighting practices with an understanding of Oman’s environmental and operational conditions, enabling it to develop reliable and high-performance systems for a diverse range of projects.
The ‘Best Lighting Solutions Provider’ award recognises the company’s track record in technical execution, innovation and its contribution to lighting some of Oman’s important sporting, infrastructure and architectural developments.
Al Nabeel International LLC was among 25 winners honoured at the fifth TAS Oman Business Awards, which brought together businesses, entrepreneurs and industry leaders from across the Sultanate.
Organised by The Arabian Stories (TAS), the fifth edition of the awards was held at IntercityHotel Muscat under the patronage of HE Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Majlis Al Shura.
