MUSCAT : Dr. Siham Ahmed Al Harthi has been honoured with the ‘Excellence in Leadership’ Award at the fifth TAS Oman Business Awards, recognising her contribution to business leadership and entrepreneurship in the Sultanate.

Dr. Siham is the Co-Founder and Chairwoman of Aufoq Real Estate Development & Investment and also serves as a Board Member of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI).

Through her leadership at Aufoq, Dr. Siham has contributed to the company’s development and its activities within Oman’s real estate and investment landscape.

Her role at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry further extends her contribution to the wider business community, where the chamber plays an important role in representing private-sector interests and supporting the development of Oman’s commercial environment.

The Excellence in Leadership Award recognises individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, entrepreneurial vision and a sustained contribution to their respective industries and the wider business ecosystem.

Dr. Siham’s recognition reflects her work across both enterprise and institutional leadership, as Oman continues to strengthen private-sector participation and encourage greater representation of women in business and decision-making roles.

Organised by The Arabian Stories (TAS), the TAS Oman Business Awards recognise companies, entrepreneurs, leaders and achievers for excellence, innovation, leadership and impact across Oman’s business landscape.

The 2026 ceremony marked the fifth edition of the awards, with 25 winners honoured across a diverse range of sectors at IntercityHotel Muscat.

The event was held under the patronage of HE Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Majlis Al Shura.
