MUSCAT : In a significant national achievement, Saud Bahwan Automotive LLC has been honored for the second consecutive year at the Excellence and Leadership Awards during Labour Forum 2026, organized by the Ministry of Labour under the theme “A Nation’s Vision…Empowerment and Growth.” The recognition acknowledges the company’s outstanding achievements in empowering Omani talent, advancing Omanization and job localization, and creating meaningful career opportunities for Omani nationals across leadership, managerial, technical, and specialized positions.
The Labour Forum is organized by the Ministry of Labour in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Arab Labour Organization (ALO), the Executive Bureau of the GCC Ministers of Labour and Social Affairs, and the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO). The event recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in national workforce development and the adoption of leading human capital practices.
This latest recognition reflects the company’s sustained success in empowering Omani talent. It follows the distinction received last year in the State of Kuwait, making this the second consecutive year that Saud Bahwan Automotive LLC has been recognized for its achievements in Omanization, workforce localization, and national talent development.
