MUSCAT : The FSA issued Administrative Penalty Decision No. 21/2026 on August 24, 2026, citing the company’s delayed disclosure of the audited financial statements after they were approved by its Board of Directors.

The warning was issued under Article 58/A of the Securities Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 46/2022.
