The men’s race produced a tightly contested finish, with Ethiopia’s Chemdesa Debel taking second place in 2:04:46, just four seconds behind Jobina. Lesotho’s Tapelo Ramakonjowana finished third in 2:04:57.
In the women’s category, Jepchirchir secured top honours with a time of 2 hours, 18 minutes and 31 seconds.
