Muscat: In an official statement, Oman conveyed its heartfelt sympathy to the families of those who lost their lives in the incident.
The Sultanate also expressed its solidarity with the friendly Islamic Republic of Pakistan during the difficult time and wished all those injured in the fire a speedy recovery.
The blaze broke out at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences in the capital, Islamabad, causing a number of casualties and injuries.
