MUSCAT : Announcing the deadline , the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion urged businesses planning to incorporate Oman’s national symbols into their products to secure the required approval ahead of the deadline.


The approval requirement is aimed at protecting Oman’s national symbols and ensuring they are used properly, responsibly and respectfully.

The symbols and emblems covered by the approval requirement include images of His Majesty the Sultan, the national emblem, the national flag of Oman, and the map of the Sultanate of Oman
The ministry called on businesses to uphold their responsibility towards the nation while celebrating Oman’s national occasions and to ensure that all commercial use of national symbols complies with the required regulations.
