MUSCAT: According to the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the two expatriates detained and exploited the woman in acts deemed contrary to public morals and decency.
The arrests were carried out by the Muscat Governorate Police Command. Legal procedures are currently being completed against the two, the Royal Oman Police said.
