Muscat: The Ministry said the Republic of Botswana has confirmed that the Sultanate of Oman is not among the countries whose nationals are required to obtain a visa before travelling to Botswana. The exemption applies to holders of all types of Omani passports.
Under the new arrangement, Omani travellers can remain in Botswana visa-free for a maximum period of 90 days.
Travellers must, however, ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry and contains a minimum of three blank pages.
