MUSCAT: Passenger and flight traffic through Salalah Airport increased during the peak summer travel period this year, according to figures released by Oman News Agency (ONA).
The number of flights operating through Salalah Airport reached 1,758 between June 21 and July 31, 2026, compared with 1,637 flights during the corresponding period in 2025.
That represented an increase of about 7% year on year.

The number of arriving passengers also climbed, reaching 154,529 during the period, up 8% compared with the same period last year.
