MUSCAT : Introduct Group has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) to strengthen the development of Omani talent and accelerate the localization of skills within the Sultanate’s rapidly growing technology sector. The agreement was signed by Dr. Seema Al Kaabi, Director General of Sector Stimulation and Future Skills alongside Viktor Larionov, Group CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Introduct Group, in the presence of senior leadership representatives from both parties, underscoring the shared commitment to advancing national capability building and digital transformation in Oman.
The collaboration supports the Ministry’s efforts to prepare national talent for the digital economy by providing practical, industry-led training that bridges the gap between academic education and real workplace requirements. Through the initiative, 60 graduates from various Information Technology disciplines will receive hands-on training designed to improve their employability and readiness to contribute to Oman’s digital transformation.
The partnership reflects Introduct’s long-term commitment to building a sustainable technology ecosystem driven by Omani professionals. Beyond technical training, the company aims to create pathways that connect education, industry, and employment, ensuring graduates develop the practical experience and professional competencies sought by employers.
