MUSCAT: According to Oman Customs, the prohibited items were concealed inside hidden compartments of a vehicle in an apparent attempt to evade import restrictions.
The seizure included quantities of tobacco products in addition to 450 electronic cigarettes and their accessories.
Oman Customs confirmed that the necessary legal procedures have been initiated against those involved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
