MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik departed Oman on Sunday on a two-day official visit to France, marking his first state-level visit to the European nation since assuming power in January 2020.
During the visit, His Majesty is scheduled to hold high-level talks with French President Emmanuel Macron, where the two leaders are expected to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation across a range of sectors, including trade, investment, energy, defence, culture and education.
