Oman’s Labour Ministry urges public to report midday work break violations

The Ministry of Labour has called on the public to report violations of the mandatory summer midday work break via its digital platforms to protect workers from severe heat stress.

MUSCAT, Oman — The ministry said it is working to promote a culture of workplace safety and encourage compliance with regulations aimed at safeguarding workers exposed to high temperatures.

As part of its summer safety campaign, the Ministry of Labour urged the public to report violations or submit inquiries related to the midday work break regulation through the Tajawob Platform and the ministry’s official website.
