MANAMA : The Bahraini Ministry of Interior announced that an 11-year-old girl sustained minor injuries during an attack targeting Bahrain. According to the ministry, the child was treated on-site and did not require further medical intervention.
Authorities said that falling shrapnel from intercepted and destroyed aerial threats caused material damage in several areas. Vehicles caught fire and residential properties were damaged in Hamad Town and the capital, Manama, as debris rained down following the interception operations.
The ministry confirmed that Civil Defense and Ambulance teams immediately responded to the incidents and have begun taking the necessary measures to assess the damage and ensure public safety.

In a related development, the Jordanian Armed Forces announced that its air defense systems successfully intercepted and shot down 20 missiles launched toward the Azraq area in Zarqa Governorate.
A military source quoted by the Jordan News Agency (Petra) said the interception operation resulted in several pieces of shrapnel falling to the ground. However, no casualties or material damage were reported.
The source added that military engineering teams were deployed to deal with the missile remnants and verify that no unexploded materials remained, ensuring the safety of residents in the affected areas.
