MUSCAT : Two people sustained serious injuries after a gas cylinder explosion triggered a fire at a restaurant in the Wilayat of Al Amerat, according to Oman’s Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).
Firefighting teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate responded to the incident and worked to contain the blaze caused by the explosion.
The CDAA said the two injured individuals suffered severe burns and were transported by ambulance to a medical facility to receive the necessary treatment.
