The program features a variety of practical workshops and interactive training tracks focused on planning and organisation, teamwork, motivation, creativity and innovation, dialogue, communication, and problem-solving skills. The activities are designed to build balanced leadership personalities and encourage self-initiative among participants.
Officials hope the initiative will positively impact the local community by identifying promising talents at an early stage and guiding them towards paths that strengthen belonging, discipline, initiative, and social responsibility.
The program also includes advanced qualification stages, where six participants will be selected to represent Muscat Governorate at the Sultanate-wide level. From there, only 11 participants across Oman will advance to regional and international competitions and forums, reflecting the broader ambition of discovering and refining future leaders.
The launch of “Qiyadi” aligns with the Governorate of Muscat’s developmental and community-focused role in supporting initiatives that invest in human potential and future generations.
