MUSCAT : The new route is designed to facilitate smoother traffic movement by directly linking Sultan Qaboos Road and the main street to the city centre, eliminating the need for motorists to pass through the Liwa roundabout.
Municipality officials said the project aims to improve road connectivity, reduce congestion, and enhance traffic efficiency for residents and visitors entering the Wilayat of Liwa.
