MUSCAT : The talks centered around the safe passage of vessels through the strategic waterway, according to Iran’s Foreign Ministry.
The discussions focused on maritime security, regional stability, and ensuring uninterrupted navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most critical oil shipping routes.
During the meeting, both the Iranian and Omani delegations reaffirmed their rights in the Strait of Hormuz, describing it as part of their territorial waters.
