MIAMI – The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Agency reported that the incident occurred in Biscayne Bay, noting that more than 20 rescue units responded to the scene and transported the injured to hospitals for necessary medical care.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission also stated that investigations are still underway to determine the causes and circumstances of the explosion, noting the participation of the US Coast Guard in the response and rescue operations.
