MUSCAT : The initiative is aimed at promoting inclusivity in the labour market and enabling the sector to attract qualified Omani talent in line with operational needs.
The ministry said the programme is part of its broader efforts to support job opportunities for people with disabilities and enhance their participation in the tourism and hospitality workforce.
It has invited establishments in the hotel and hospitality sector to participate in and benefit from the national initiative, which seeks to strengthen workforce integration and support sustainable employment pathways.
