MUSCAT : PDO said companies with proven procurement and construction experience as main contractors in similar projects – such as airport terminals, aviation facilities, or high-security public buildings with controlled access – are eligible to participate.
The company clarified that joint ventures will not be permitted for this tender.
Interested firms must submit responses to the pre-qualification screening questions by May 7, 2026, at 11:30 am.
