MUSCAT – The Ministry has called on employers and recruitment agency owners to share their views on challenges facing the non-Omani workforce recruitment sector, as part of efforts to develop a new regulatory framework.
The Ministry said it is currently working on preparing updated regulations governing the recruitment of expatriate labour and is keen to gather feedback from stakeholders to identify key obstacles and propose practical solutions.
