MUSCAT – The decree, published in Official Gazette issue No. 1644 dated April 19, 2026, includes the names of the beneficiaries listed in an attached schedule.
It states that, following review of the Basic Law of the State and the Omani Nationality Law issued under Royal Decree No. 17/2025, and in accordance with public interest considerations, citizenship has been granted to the individuals named.
The decree further stipulates that it shall be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force from the date of issuance.
