MUSCAT : The measures include modifications to the Al Mawaleh North intersection near Al Bahja Centre, upgrades in Al Mawaleh South (Phase Two), and improvements at Al Mahaj Roundabout near Al Meera Mall in Al Amerat.
The municipality has also converted an underpass on South Al Mahaj Street, before Al Maha station in Al Amerat, into a dedicated U-turn tunnel to streamline traffic flow.
In addition, a 200-metre connecting road has been constructed linking Al Joud Street to nearby routes, aimed at improving accessibility and reducing travel time in the area.
